We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Transport Operations Supervisor to oversee two shunt operations running between a production plant and end users. This is a fast-paced, continuously changing environment that demands strong operational control, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure. The successful candidate will be someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage priorities as conditions change throughout the shift. This is a key operational role within a busy and demanding transport environment. Youll have real responsibility, autonomy on shift, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on daily performance at Uniserve Warrington.
