IT Field Engineer * Truro, Cornwall * Up to c£32,000 per year + Company Car * Plus excellent company benefits (including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension, Life Insurance, etc.) Skills and Experience: * Travel to client sites across Cornwall to provide IT support and troubleshooting. * Install and configure IT hardware and software (servers, PCs, printers, networking devices). * Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows environments. * Carry-out basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs). * Keep accurate records of all work and customer interactions. * Collaborate with the Plymouth-based Support Desk team on escalated issues. * Deliver friendly, professional customer service, offering guidance and reassurance when needed. * Undertake training and to assist in training other or new members of staff as required. * Undertake other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job. * Work in accordance with all company procedures and guidelines.
