Daily Rate: £90–£94 per day
Hours: Approx. 6.5 hours per day (school hours)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to support young learners in a school setting. This role is ideal for someone who wants a better work-life balance while continuing to have a meaningful impact on children’s early development.
You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils in Early Years, particularly those preparing to transition into Reception in September 2026. Whether working within the classroom or delivering targeted 1:1 interventions, your support will help build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teaching and learning within an Early Years environment
* Assisting children as they prepare for the transition into Reception
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance
* Creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning atmosphere
* Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
* Hands-on experience working with children in an Early Years setting
* A current DBS on the Update Service
* Strong, recent professional references
* A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
