Our team welcomes you to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work within the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance for racetrack competitiveness.
This role begins on January 1, 2026. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshops
* Planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects
* Assisting in budget planning for ERS projects
* Coordinating testing and deployment of ERS components
* Planning assembly of components with responsible teams
* Optimizing development processes and methods
* Analyzing technical data and reporting on project progress
* Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Your profile should include:
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management
* Development experience with electric drive systems in motorsport or similar environments
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
