As an Operations Manager, you will be a people-focused leader, responsible for operating a successful DL Club and ensuring our members enjoy an exceptional experience every day of the week. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, working alongside your team to uphold health & safety and compliance regulations while maximizing member satisfaction.

* Has led a variety of functions with diverse challenges and goals across multiple departments.
* Is skilled in financial planning and management.
