This is pro-rata in the first part year, following probation.Life Assurance2x annual salaryFree onsite parkingIncredible core company valuesJob Role:Planning and coordinating event logistics for all trade shows and exhibitionsCoordinating with event organisers, suppliers and ensuring that everyone is briefedUpdating calendars, project management system and schedules for the events teamProducing monthly personal reports on own monthly activity, campaigns including the results of thesePlanning and communicating advertising schedules and additional marketing bookingsCreating PIMs spreadsheet including creation of product codes, barcodes to Stage 1 to enable a PO to be raised by ProcurementManaging banner inventory for event support via our project management systemCoordinating sending event banners and the return of same and putting them back into stockTaking responsibility for company Merchandise, checking stock each week & liaising with procurement when products need re-orderingEnsuring content is kept up to date at all timesManaging product launch uploads with support from wider teamActing as a brand guardian ensuring any marketing content is consistentTaking part in regular department meetings for both online and offline marketing plansResearching & coming up with topic ideas for YouTube, Podcast, Social Media etcAssisting with monitoring the marketing inboxPlanning and implementing marketing campaigns – helping developing online and offline marketing campaigns that will suit both B2B and B2C audiencesCampaign idea planning & implementation and budget creationSkills and experience:3-5 years solid experience in events and marketing or a in a similar roleExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to work closely with all departments and third partiesStrong attention to detail with a creative approachStrong Project Management skillsGood knowledge of MS Office, including excelPlease Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
