Role: Coordinator
As a Coordinator, you will:
* Provide administration, coordination, and data analysis on various projects
* Deliver reports and support document control, including minute-taking and preparing team presentations
* Prepare up-to-date compliance documents for our clients
* Assist with financial management tasks such as invoicing and monthly reports
* Manage the day-to-day operations and logistics of the team, including meeting delivery and diary management
* Support general office and facilities management
* Provide ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events
The successful candidate will:
* Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
* Be highly organized and proactive in managing tasks
* Possess strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
* Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
* Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
* Have a desire to learn and develop professionally
