About the Role: Lecturer in Sports
As a Lecturer in Sports, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance. This role is offered on an hourly paid basis.
We have an evening Level 2 Fitness Instructing course starting in February and require a lecturer to deliver the course in the evening. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of Pearsons and Gateway qualifications. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

About You
* Proven experience in Personal Training
* Strong knowledge of sports science, industry trends, and BTEC, Gateway & YMCA framework
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
* A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
