Job Title: Business Change Workstream Lead
Location: Lincolnshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)
Contract Type: Contract (12 months)
Day Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Workstream Lead to join a major digital transformation programme within the healthcare sector. This role will focus on the delivery of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation across NHS Trusts, driving meaningful change and ensuring that new technologies directly enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
You will lead the business change function within the project, working closely with digital, operational, and clinical teams to ensure smooth adoption and maximum benefits realisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the business change and training workstreams for EPR implementation.
* Plan and manage change/training resources and ensure delivery against project timelines.
* Ensure compliance with NHS standards including DTAC, DSPT, Cyber Security, and Clinical Safety.
* Oversee system integration with existing platforms (e.g., PAS, NHS App, EDMS).
* Map and analyse patient pathways and workflows to ensure system alignment.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across clinical and operational teams.
* Support change management for existing systems and new implementations.
* Coordinate training and communication to minimise disruption during change.
* Track and report benefits realisation and improvement outcomes.
About You
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience leading business change within NHS Trusts.
* Strong background in EPR implementation (experience with Nervecentre EPR is advantageous).
* Excellent understanding of patient pathways and operational workflows.
* Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and interoperability standards.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experienced in ICT-enabled change projects and training delivery.
* PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent).
Desirable Experience:
* Proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.
* Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
