 
        
        We are seeking an experienced, visionary leader to join our Trust as Head of Operations for Adult Mental Health. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape and deliver high-quality care for adults across inpatient and community services.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Adult Mental Health Pathway, working closely with Senior Clinical and Operational Leaders. Your role will involve:
 * Managing the portfolio of Adult Mental Health Inpatient Services including acute, PICU and adult secure units.
 * Overseeing Acute Community Services such as Psychiatric Liaison, First Response and Intensive Home‑Based Treatment.
 * Leading Community Mental Health Services including CMHT, IOT, EIP, Peri‑natal and IPS.
 * Implementing the operational plan and strategic framework, ensuring effective use of resources to meet the needs of service users and communities.
 * Driving performance, governance, workforce planning, emergency planning and business development.
 * Promoting a culture of innovation, involvement and continuous quality improvement.
 * Managing financial accountability, risk, incident reporting, and sustaining quality assurance.
