Position Title: Administrator, Project
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the job site.
What You'll Do Here:
* Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
* Track, record, and report attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance.
* Assist with the creation and submission of project billing.
* Coordinate and prepare job packages including locates & permits, materials.
* Meet and greet all visitors in a positive friendly manner.
* Maintain an organized filing system on site.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
* Be able to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
* Prolonged sedentary positioning.
* Daily attendance at project yard will be required.
What You Bring to the Team:
* Experience as project administrator in a construction industry is preferred.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents).
* Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once.
* Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
* Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive.
* Always exhibit a polite and professional manner.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Compensation:
The expected hourly wage for this position is $24/hr - $27/hr. Individual pay is determined based on location, education, experience and unique skills.
