You’ll be a motivated electrical or systems engineer with experience working in structured engineering environments, ideally within automotive or similarly complex industries. You’ll be confident managing projects, analysing data, and applying structured problem‑solving techniques to deliver effective reliability improvements.
You’ll bring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with multi‑disciplinary teams.
Bonus if you have:
Experience in automotive engineering, vehicle manufacture, or aftermarket environments
Exposure to EV systems, high‑voltage architectures, or advanced electrical integration
Proficiency with Solid Edge, E3, Teamcenter, or similar CAD / PLM systems
Six Sigma Green Belt or experience using 8D or similar problem‑solving methodologies
