As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will be trained by one of our current Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across multiple new build developments throughout Yorkshire.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\n * Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000\n\n * Generous car allowance\n\n * Bi-annual bonus potential\n\n * Progression through the business\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\n * Prior experience as a Sales Executive either within new build housing or a similar industry\n\n * Valid UK's driving license\n\n * Bubbly and personable character looking to progress in thier career\n\n * Strong attention to detail and very organsied.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of a sales office and show homes.\n\n * Promoting homes, plots, and incentives to achieve sales targets.\n\n * Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.\n\n * Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to a high standard.\n\n * Managing the sales progression process from reservation to legal completion.\n\nIF THIS S...
