Are you tech-savvy, people-focused, and enjoy engaging with customers? Were looking for a proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our growing team, helping to support and engage clients across the automotive sector.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Assistant, youll play a key part in ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience with our SaaS business management platform. Youll work closely with our Customer Success Manager to keep clients motivated, informed, and successful, with particular emphasis on ensuring that our customers get the most out of the software package.
Youll be proactive in spotting opportunities for customer benefit, help to prepare relevant documentation and plan strategies for ongoing customer retention and engagement. In addition to this, youll play a supportive role to the Customer Services Team and be able to handle incoming support calls and emails with confidence.
Office hours: 8:30am-5:00pm or 09:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
Hybrid working: office days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, home days are Monday and Wednesday
Remuneration: £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependant on experience
