Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist\nSalary - £29,500 basic OTE £36,000\nLocation - Liverpool\n\nRichard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Liverpool, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.\n\nThe business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training.\n\nThis is an amazing opportunity to work with a hugely successful, prestige brand and supported by an outstanding employer, who are willing to continually invest in your training and development as the brand moves towards the new hybrid and electric era and continue to remain relevant and at the top of their game.\n\nAs a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.\n\nRequirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist:\n\n * At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).\n\n * Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales.\n\n * Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).\n\nSalary and working hours:\nThe business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £29,500, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £35,000 - £37,000.
