The Role of our Shop Managers
Commercially aware and constantly looking for new business opportunities, shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe and energised work environment. They have high standards, a strong drive to achieve results and are accountable for their business. They are the only paid staff in many shops, comfortable in a volunteer operating model, good at delegating, creative and always looking for opportunities to attract new supporters.
