Nursery Assistant
Location: Corner of Albert Road and Brighton Rd, Horley RH6 7HS
Salary: Up to £26,190 per annum
Hours: 4‑day and 5‑day working options
Reports to: Room Leader / Nursery Manager

What You Bring
* Passion for early years education: genuine love for working with children and commitment to providing the best start in life.
* Knowledge of EYFS: solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
* Qualified & experienced: Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Build strong relationships: bond with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
* Team player: excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback, positive proactive approach.
