4. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
6. Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
7. Manage supplier and customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and resolution of queries.
8. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
9. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
