At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join our Eastbourne clinic. As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.
Responsibilities
* Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
* Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
* Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
* Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
* Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
* NMC Registered General Nurse.
* Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
* Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
What We Offer
* Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
* Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
* Starting Salary of up to £35,067 based on dialysis experience.
* Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.

Note: Clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
