Role Overview
A client-facing sales role focused on converting sustainability audit insights into funded projects. Acting as the link between technical audit teams and end customers, you’ll lead consultative conversations that turn identified opportunities into signed work.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up with clients after completed efficiency audits.
* Lead consultative discussions on further sustainability actions.
* Present clear business cases showing ROI, payback, and environmental impact.
* Convert opportunities into projects via direct purchase or capital-free funding models.
* Manage and progress a national B2B pipeline across multi-site and SME clients.
* Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
Candidate Profile
* Strong B2B sales background, ideally within sustainability, energy, water, or FM.
* Confident presenting data-led proposals and financial justifications.
* Consultative, organised, and proactive in follow-up and pipeline management.
* Comfortable using CRM systems.
* Willing to travel nationwide.
Nice to Have
* Exposure to efficiency solutions, ESG, or carbon reporting.
* Experience with capital-free / as-a-service sales models.
* Public sector or education sales experience.
