FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Part Time Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic support function that plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. As our Part Time Business Support Administrator, you will provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to our operational divisions, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and effectively across the organisation. This is a permanent, part-time position, working three days a week based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the Part Time Business Support Administrator will include:

- Entering and managing timesheet data and ensuring all information is completed within specified timescales and includes all associated processes such as approval workflows, error checking, and regular reporting

- Raising and processing purchase requisitions through the Oracle system for various departments for items relating to workshop, stores, and materials

- Processing supplier invoices in accordance with company protocols and timelines, ensuring accuracy and matching to purchase orders where required

- Monitoring and checking shared inboxes, prioritising and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

- Carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures. This includes managing documentation for trace car relocations, accurate data entry, and the secure storage of records

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong customer service focus, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
