We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our office operations.

This is a key role within a busy, fast-paced environment. You will manage administrative processes, support customers, coordinate with site teams and ensure the office runs efficiently while supporting the directors.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing daily office operations and administrative systems
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating diaries with site teams
* Liaising with customers regarding bookings and updates
* Managing paperwork, records and filing systems
* Supporting accounts administration and invoicing
* Communicating with installation teams regarding progress
* Assisting directors with reports and general administration
* Maintaining organised processes and improving workflow efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience

* Previous office management or senior administrative experience
* Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks & general office systems)
* Problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Reliable and punctual with a professional manner
* Ability to work independently and take initiative

Desirable:

* Experience in construction or trade environment
* Knowledge of invoicing or basic accounts administration
