Administrator – Cherry Tree Therapy Centre
Who We Are
Cherry Tree Therapy Centre provides counselling, psychotherapy, and well-being services delivered by a team of highly trained, experienced, and friendly therapists. We pride ourselves on being a warm, supportive therapeutic community, and we're looking for an administrator to join our expanding team. Could this be you?
Key Responsibilities
* General administration: handling client assessments, completing student forms, liaising with clinical supervisors, updating records, and maintaining client data.
* Responding to enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
* Day-to-day office management: maintaining supplies, updating health & safety records, arranging centre visits, and showing prospective users around.
* Liaising with therapists, trainees, and management.
* Marketing support: assisting with social media, website updates, and direct marketing.
(Some tasks are shared with another member of the admin team.)
What You'll Need
* Prior office administration experience.
* Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience using CRM systems (we use HubSpot, SimplyBookMe, and FreeAgent — training provided).
* Marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Hours
* Wednesdays to Fridays, 10am–4pm. (or 9am-3pm)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
