Advocate Group is proud to represent a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand in their search for an Internal Partnership Manager to join their ambitious and dynamic team.

The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by driving sales and deepening relationships with salon partners while managing key internal growth initiatives. Here’s how:

· Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners

· Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels

· Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance

· Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success

About You:

· Experience in partnership management, account management, or internal sales, customer service or Sales.

· Background in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is desirable

· Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long-term value

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram

· Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisation skills

· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for brand growth
