Interviews 17th Nov 2025
An opportunity has arisen within the ICB for colleagues who are qualified as RMN/RNLD clinical role to consider a change in direction and join the admission avoidance team.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Band 7 admission avoidance manager to work as part of the team, chairing care education and treatment reviews (CETR), ensuring that the person is at the centre of their care and treatment.
The post holder will work with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autistic people and their families, both within hospital settings and/or within the community to seek solutions that support people to remain living safe and well within their communities and avoid admission to hospital.
The post holder will ensure that the CETR is carried out in a manner that is based on the person‑centred values laid out in the national CETR policy.
We are able to offer an upskilling period for those who apply but may not have all the required skills and experience to begin the role immediately. This will likely take a maximum of two months.
