A Great Store like ours needs a Great People You will need previous store management experience, either at Manager or Assistant Manager level. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, merchandising and customer service skills and the drive to achieve sales targets. If you have initiative, attention to detail, a flexible approach and a hard-working, friendly and outgoing manner, this is the job for you. We need good people to ensure our stores look fabulous and to engage with our wonderful loyal customers. Responsibilities include:
* Inspiring your team and leading by example
* Ensuring the best customer experience
* Overseeing store pricing and stock control
* Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
* Setting store sales targets and motivating your team to meet them
* Planning and directing enticing visual merchandising
* Ensuring excellence in housekeeping
* Liaising with head office and other stores
* Matching staffing levels with consumer demand
* Ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and company procedures
* Compiling brief weekly and monthly reports

Must be flexible and able to work 1 weekend day.
