The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of marketing activity for the Contractor Management division, with a strong focus on helping drive client acquisition across Category 2 and Category 3 contractor clients. The role provides day‑to‑day campaign support, administration, coordination and reporting across both direct outbound marketing programmes and independent acquisition channels. What that means day to day Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on acquiring Cat 2/3 contractor clients, ensuring activity is executed accurately and on time. Assist with campaign coordination, including scheduling, briefing, asset management, and deployment across outbound and independent acquisition channels. Maintain and manage campaign content, marketing data, and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and effective lead tracking. Contribute to content creation and proofreading (emails, landing pages, event materials) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Provide support for digital channels, events, and webinars, including logistics, communications, and follow-up to maximise engagement and lead generation. Support reporting and performance tracking by updating dashboards, analysing campaign data, and sharing insights to optimise future activity. What you’ll need to be successful Experience in marketing gained through a placement, internship, or 1–2 years in a similar role, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution. Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks, and skilled in written communication with a keen interest in developing copywriting expertise.
