What will you do?
* Advising on complex contentious matters including; Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.
* Cover all aspects of contentious private client litigation
* Build relationships with external referrers and Counsel
* Grow and develop caseload
* Work alongside and support a Senior Associate
What do you need?
* To be a qualified Solicitor
* 2+ years PQE
* Experience in litigation and an interest in contentious probate
