Help us level up how we plan, operate, and report across the business. We're building a modern, entrepreneurial FP&A function and looking for a senior operator to lead corporate planning, extend our planning horizon, and raise the bar on how we measure and communicate performance. We're evolving FP&A from 12 months to an 18–24 month operational planning horizon. You'll lead that transition, align the company on clear metrics, and improve the quality and cadence of our public-facing and executive reporting. You'll manage and develop a small, early-career team, modernise our tooling and processes, and build a culture of accountability around the numbers.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
1. Lead the roll‑up and consolidation of company plans, budgets, and forecasts across functions.
2. Establish and run 18–24 month operational planning cycles with clear milestones and ownership.
3. Define, align, and maintain company‑wide metrics and KPIs; ensure consistent definitions and usage.
4. Upgrade FP&A systems and workflows (e.g., Pigment) to drive speed, accuracy, and scale.
5. Own monthly business reviews and executive/board‑ready reporting, elevating clarity and quality.
6. Run deep dives and special projects that surface efficiencies and inform strategic decisions.
7. Build and maintain decision‑grade financial models and scenarios.
8. Manage, coach, and grow two direct reports; set the bar on craft, communication, and accountability.
9. Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and business leaders to connect plans to outcomes.
You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
10. Proven corporate FP&A experience and end‑to‑end ownership of planning processes.
11. Experience building or upleveling small FP&A teams; strong people leadership and coaching skills.
12. Excellent financial modeling, analytical rigor, and comfort with ambiguity in a high‑growth environment.
13. Fluency with FP&A systems and data tooling (Excel and planning tools; Pigment familiarity a plus).
14. Clear, crisp communication: executive‑ready storytelling and stakeholder management.
15. Industry exposure to payments or SaaS is a strong plus.
