We are seeking an inspirational operations leader to join the UK Safety Division Leadership Team, driving operational excellence across production, supply chain, and logistics. This is a high-impact, senior role with responsibility for leading a team of c.200 people, optimising performance, and delivering exceptional safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading UK production and operations functions, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
2. Developing and delivering business plans aligned with global supply chain strategy.
3. Championing safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
