Events Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract) at Permira. This is a temporary role (6-month contract) based in London.

Key Responsibilities
* Help plan and coordinate key Permira events in the next 6 months, including travel to some destinations
* Coordinate events such as the Investment Professionals Conference, AGM/LPAC meetings, and Credit Offsites
* Manage small to medium events on an ad hoc basis
* Support on event tasks including firmwide, company and investor events
Desired Experience / Qualifications
* Previous events experience in an international setting
* Organised and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain constructive working relationships
* Ability to operate autonomously and as part of a wider collaborative team
* Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working within an international environment including cross-office collaboration
* Act with integrity, honesty and discretion
