 
        
        Client Relationship Executive
Location: Tunbridge Wells (office-based)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 (DOE) plus benefits including 22 days annual leave, BH, Bonus, flexible start and finish times, progression opportunities, pension.
We are seeking an organised, adaptable, customer‑focused candidate to join our busy and fast‑paced team in Tunbridge Wells. This permanent, full‑time role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth contract delivery and meeting service levels agreed within the contract.
 * Keep clients updated on contract performance and job status.
 * Respond to client queries promptly by email and telephone.
 * Monitor service delivery to ensure contracted schedules are adhered to.
 * Generate and follow up on quotes.
 * Build and maintain positive relationships to retain and grow account revenue.
 * Prepare KPI reports and participate in client online meetings/reviews.
 * Oversee mobilisation of new client accounts.
 * Maintain and update both internal and client systems.
 * Complete administrative tasks and ensure strong communication between all stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
 * Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
 * Solid work history/experience in client account management or customer‑service based role.
 * Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
 * Confident in managing multiple priorities under pressure.
 * Proficient in using IT systems and databases.
 * Professional, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach.
