They have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join their Business Continuity team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and will possess strong communication and IT skills, which are essential to ensuring the smooth running of the office. The post-holder will support all recruitment and HR functions and also work with the Board of Trustees to ensure effective governance of the charity. It is a varied, busy but rewarding role. Some event management experience would be helpful, although training and support will be provided by their friendly team. Main purpose of the role: To ensure effective governance of the organisation and Charity Commission Compliance via support to the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees. To recruit and manage office-based volunteers, to ensure cover of the Advice Centre reception. To support the recruitment of staff, ensuring all aspects of HR policy and procedure are undertaken and Carers Trust Hillingdon is compliant with current Employment Law.
