Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans for leasing and fleet operations, including goal setting, market positioning, and pricing strategies to support sales targets and market growth.
* Establish and manage operational setup with retailers, leasing companies, brokers, and partners to ensure efficient and scalable fleet operations.
* Develop and implement sales support initiatives, including retailer engagement, training, and promotional activities.
* Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of fleet programs and partner support.
* Work collaboratively with corporate, contract hire, and rental teams to support the offering and positioning of Denza products across key channels.
* Manage and resolve customer and partner issues, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution.
* Lead and manage key projects related to fleet operations, product launches, and partner integration, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
* Conduct market research and analyse publicly available competitor programs, identifying trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities to enhance performance.
* Oversee fleet inventory coordination, including order management and delivery alignment, ensuring supply meets market demand.
* Support the development of pricing strategies for fleet and leasing channels to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
* Support negotiation and execution of fleet agreements in collaboration with internal teams, leasing companies, and partners, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Monitor performance, collect market feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Required skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in National Fleet Manager, or a similar role, ideally within the automotive, mobility, or consumer retail sector.
* Extensive experience within automotive industry.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
* Resilient and open minded.
* Results oriented.
* Great negotiation skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
