THE ROLE:

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of medical devices and consumables throughout Scotland. Your customers will include consultants, senior nurses, EBME teams and procurement, working across departments such as ICU, neo-natal and theatre. This is a new-business-focused position where you will be expected to identify opportunities, build strong clinical and commercial relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and close business through a confident and consultative approach.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this Territory Manager role, we are looking for:

* Experience in medical device sales or a clinical background looking to transition into a commercial role

* Strong commercial acumen with proven closing skills

* A driven, tenacious and highly motivated personality

* Someone autonomous, energetic and hungry for new business

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior clinical stakeholders

THE PACKAGE FOR THE TERRITORY MANAGER:

* Basic salary: £30,000 - £45,000

* OTE: approx. £20,000 + uncapped commission

* Hybrid company car or £450 per month car allowance

* Laptop and phone

* 25 days annual leave + stats

* Business mileage allowance

Location:

This position covers Scotland, with preference for applicants located within reasonable access to major hospital networks.
