Description Provide advisory support to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and detailed analyses for decision-making purposes. Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement process improvements. Supervise and mentor junior team members within the Accounting & Finance department. Review and ensure the accuracy of client deliverables before submission. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the business services industry. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Profile A Successful Assistant Manager - Advisory Should Have A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Experience working within a similar role in the business services industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Job Offer A competitive salary ranging between £60000 and £65000 per annum.
