About the role | Mō tēneitūranga mahi
We are seeking an experienced ProcurementManager to lead our procurement team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.This role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies,ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Some of your responsibilitiesmay include:
* Lead and inspire the procurement team, providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to contractual obligations
* Drive continuous improvement, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance procurement processes and deliver cost efficiencies
This is a full-time role working 40 hours perweek, with the flexibility to work from home, with 3 days in the office.
What we're looking for |Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* At least seven years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
* Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practice
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Leadership and team management experience
