Operations Director
Chippenham - Hybrid (3 days a week)
£70,000 - £85,000 + Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing business based in Chippenham, they're looking for an experienced Operations Director to join their team leading across their operational functions, including warehousing, distribution, dispatch, facilities and operational technology.
You'll join on as part of the senior leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the business. You'll need to have experience in end-to-end operations, leading teams and managing risk and compliance. You must have previous experience in improving systems and processes from an operational technology viewpoint.
We're looking to speak with candidates who possess:
* Proven experience within operations at senior leadership level
* Strong background in warehousing, logistics, and multi-site operational management. Ideally in a retail environment.
* Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and operational systems
* Previous experience managing your own budgets, resources, and operational risk, including Health & Safety compliance
