Interim Childrens Home Manager - 6 Bedded Home

£400-£425 a day Inside IR35
12-Month Contract - On-site Presence Required
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Childrens Residential Service provider to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Interim Childrens Home Manager to lead and stabilise a 6-bedded home. This role is a critical turnaround position, requiring a strong leader who can drive improvements and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Lead, manage, and support staff to deliver high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
* Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies across the home.
* Drive service improvement with a focus on improving Ofsted ratings.
* Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all statutory requirements.
* Support staff development, supervision, and performance management.
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.
To be successful in the role you will have:
* Previous experience managing a childrens residential home.
* Strong knowledge and proven experience of PBS.
* A demonstrable track record of turning services around, particularly improving Ofsted ratings.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front and "get stuck in."
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
Next Steps
This role is offered as a 12-month contract with the likelihood of extension and a competitive daily rate of £400-£425 Inside IR35 (dependent on experience). Given the nature of the role, a strong on-site presence is required.
