Overview
A college based in Enfield is seeking a teaching assistant to join their SEN team in September 2025. The college specialises in horticulture, animal care and garden design. This is a mainstream college with students who have additional SEN needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one learning support to a student with additional needs, ensuring they gain access to learning.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
* Experience working with a similar age group.
* Experience working with students who have ASD, ADHD, or SEMH.
* Be able to commit for the full academic year (until June 2026).
* Be comfortable working outdoors or among animals.
* Be confident to work independently.
Details
* There are 5 positions available for September, full time (Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm), or part time (3-4 days per week, 9am-4.30pm).
* Hourly rate: £13.69 per hour (PAYE).
