Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for retail operations, resources and customer service within the branch.
* Hold regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development.
* Deliver a structured daily briefing to ensure balanced performance across key metrics and KPI measures.
* Ensure all areas of the retail counter always conform to health and safety legislation.
* Maintain branch compliance with branch standards to achieve operational excellence.
* Lead a retail team with a customer‑first attitude, ensuring service is at the heart of everything.
* Adhere to returns, credits and warranty processes, enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes.
* Maintain shelf availability through accurate completion of stock movement processes.
* Deliver customer‑first service through efficient pick‑to‑manifest times and achieving all SLA metrics.
* Work collaboratively with operations and sales teams to maximize customer opportunity.
* Minimise customer effort by ensuring robust Click‑Collect process is placed and adhered to.
* Ensure branch is set up for growth through best‑in‑class retail stores to outstanding stock management and exceptional SLAs.

* Great communication skills; ability to develop customer relationships and drive connectivity.
