Senior Third Party Property Damage Claims Handler
Location: Liverpool/home based. Hybrid working.
Do you have extensive experience working in Third Party Property Damage Motor Insurance claims and have knowledge of the civil procedure rules with regards to offers, acceptances and litigation risks? Role and Responsibilities
* Play a pivotal role in helping to build a market leading Third Party Claims Team.
* Use technical knowledge to mitigate claims spend through appropriate management of PD claims (including more complex liability/indemnity scenarios).
* Support the competency development of colleagues through coaching/training.
* Act as the Indemnity/Liability/MIB SME for the team.
* Support and drive the delivery of the PD KPIs – Nil rate/Lifecycle/Spend.
* Assist the Team Leader, deputising in their absence when required.
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and actively promote a culture of empowerment, engagement and positivity.
* Support the Team Leader with handler QA/feedback.
