Behaviour Mentor * Location: Birmingham * Pay Rate: £110 - £120 per day * Start Date: September Start * Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) * Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm * Contract: Long-Term with Potential Permanent Opportunity Long Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school from September. This role will focus on supporting pupils across Key Stage 2, working closely with children who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The successful candidate will become part of a strong pastoral and SEN team, providing both 1:1 mentoring and small group interventions for pupils with SEMH needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who can build positive relationships, act as a role model and help pupils develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
