Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Young People’s Housing Services team, supporting young people-including separated migrant children-as they build confidence, resilience and the skills they need to live independently.

Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle for business use
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma - or willingness to complete, supported by Hightown Housing
Ability to work as part of a 24-hour rota, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-insHightown Benefits
£25,857 per annum, plus sleep in payments of at least £52.78
33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service
