* Lead and grow sales efforts across the UK and internationally.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market sectors.
* Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
* Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
