1st Line Support Engineer– Coventry
We’re excited to be partnered with a successful and well-known customer who are looking for support with unboxing and rolling out of 120 desk office set up.
Primary day to day responsibilities:
* Perform IMAC’s on 120 desk – 2 monitors, 1 keyboard & 1 mouse per desk
* Perform incident investigation and testing the set up and connectivity.
* Perform scripted PC builds when required.
Essential Experience:
* Extensive experience within a technical support environment
* Experience setting up large amounts of hardware.
* Previous experience in 1st line support roles
* Experience testing networking delivery
* Exceptional communication
The role will require the successful 1st Line Support Engineer to work at their Coventry site for the duration of the contract working Onsite 5 days per week.
