Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and chargeback Specialist. You will be responsible for analysing data against payment fraud and chargebacks and using this to create, alter and maintain security rules and processes to prevent fraud and chargebacks against payments made onSwapped.com. You will be proactive in aligning with our customer support team in line with observed patterns of concern, and changes made to prevent fraud and chargebacks. You will also be managing and responding to chargebacks that we receive and communicating with law-enforcement and bank requests.This is a new role and department at Swapped, so things will initially be fast-paced and a lot of responsibility will be garnered to ensure that chargeback and fraud rates are minimised, along with ensuring that false-positives and churn are avoided.

* Ability to execute and getting hands dirty rather than managing others and being in meetings all day
* Experience within the, payments, compliance and AML field
* Experience using cryptocurrency and payment monitoring systems
* Candidates with prior experience using SEON, Sift and/or TRMLabs are preferred
* Experience with chargebacks and an understanding of chargeback and fraud monitoring systems on various card networks, payment processors
Compensation
€40-50K yearly
