About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to your salesperson, the steady, organised presence who keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes.
Your days will be full of variety and purpose, including:
* Managing the admin side of listings, contracts, and marketing
* Coordinating appraisals and client appointments
* Keeping our databases up to date and preparing polished marketing proposals
* Proofing advertising and making sure everything looks and sounds just right
* Liaising with solicitors, vendors, and purchasers
* Managing social media pages and digital tools like PropertySuite
* Creating listing kits, open home packs, and client newsletters
* Organising thoughtful client gifts and ensuring every interaction reflects our Property Brokers pride

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Clear, confident communication, both written and spoken

* Real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential; we’ll make sure you have the training and support you need to succeed.
