This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days office based per week. Our office is in Bourne End (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS). What you'll do:
* Design intuitive, user-focused experiences across web, app and internal tools.
* Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Translate business goals and user needs into clear, thoughtful design outcomes.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design intent.
* Participate in design critiques, sharing and receiving feedback constructively.
* Support ongoing usability improvements through testing and iteration.
* Balance speed and quality to deliver effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment.
* Advocate for design thinking and user-centred principles within the team.
* Continuously seek opportunities to grow your skills and shape our design culture.
You'll be a versatile product designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving real problems through design. You'll bring a solid foundation in both UX and UI design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating experiences that truly work for users. You're collaborative, curious, and excited to grow your skills in user insight and testing, learning from a supportive cross-functional team., Recent experience in product, UX/UI design within a tech or digital product team.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and polished UI design across responsive platforms (please share this with us).
* Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
* Understanding of user-centred design principles and agile delivery practices.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Eagerness to develop deeper skills in user research, insight generation, and testing.
* A proactive attitude, open mindset, and love for solving complex problems simply.
