An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients growing team based in their Skipton offices. The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to legal completion, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships and working effectively as part of a team. Main Accountabilities: • Management of all aspects of commercial property (including agricultural property, commercial sales and purchases, commercial landlord and tenant including new leases, non-contentious lease renewals, licenses and other documents ancillary to commercial leases, option agreements and conditional sale and purchase agreements, commercial property finance, sale and lease back, overage agreements, deeds of grant). • Working to agreed levels of billing, time recording, aged debt, and other agreed key performance indicators. • Progression of all client work in a timely and accurate manner, keeping the client regularly informed on progress and on costs. • Maintenance of the confidentiality and security of all documentation and information of the practice and clients, including the use of our case management system. • Responsibility for credit control on own matters, with the guidance and support from the Credit Control/Accounts team. • Compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts ...
